Meet the Builder

​Sam is a second generation residential home builder rooted in eastern North Carolina. Growing up in the construction business along side his father, Sam brings a legacy of craftsmanship and a lifetime of building experience to the table. With decades of hands-on experience, Sam specializes in crafting both distinctive custom homes and thoughtfully designed spec homes. Originally from Greenville, NC,  Sam has called Wilmington home for over 25 years and takes immense pride in contributing to and enjoying the coastal lifestyle this city offers.
