Meet the Builder
​Windsor Homes was founded locally, in Greensboro, North Carolina, by Tom Hall and David Howard over 20 years ago. It was important for our founders to be local so they could come home to their families at the end of the day. They set out to build quality homes to meet the needs of individuals and families at a price that they could afford.
